Highlights during Manufacturing
All of our staff focus on the details of our Glass container throughout its production, shaping them into packaging with the expected market appeal and functional qualities.

Melting
We melt silica, soda ash, cullet, and limestone together within a furnace at 1500℃ to create pre-formed produce called soda-lime glass for our Glass containers.

Shaping
The pre-formed container enters a two-part mold where it is stretched until all parts of its exterior connect with the mold walls, creating a finished bottle.

Cooling
Upon forming the containers, we gradually cool them to 198℃ within our specialized oven to relieve any stresses within the material.

Frosting Process
When the containers are cooled, we utilize acid etching or sandblasting treatment to our glass jars, tubes, and bottles to create a frosted effect.

Silkscreen Printing
We utilize cutting edge silk screen printing machines to integrate logos, name, and other info directly to the glass containers to achieve a prestigious design.

Spray Coating
Our team incorporates quality paint coating to achieve attention-grabbing colors and to accurately print your branding.
